Korean Chicken Wings

Sticky. Spicy. Addictive

These spicy Asian style Korean Chicken Wings are great for a football or cricket party. They are sticky, spicy and have a complex flavor that will have everyone asking for more.

Marinate them ahead and bake them right before you serve. They make for easy clean-up and are totally hassle free. Serves 6-8




Chicken Wings – 1 kilogram

Soy Sauce – 1/4 cup

Gochujang (Or substitute with Sriracha) – 4 tbsps.

Red Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp.

1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar – 1 tbsp.

Honey – 3 tbsp.

Ginger minced – 1 tbsp.

Garlic minced – 1 tbsp.

Oil for brushing

Sesame seeds for topping



  • Mix together all in the ingredients except oil in a bowl or Tupperware box so that the mixture coats the wings evenly
