Kachhe Kele Ke Kabab

Kachhe Kele ke Kebabs are a healthy, spicy and chatpata appetizer which can be formed and refrigerated ahead of time. The mixture is really easy to put together, and will give your guests an opportunity to try something brand new.
These also happen to be vegan and gluten free for those guests who are diet conscious. Serves 10
Vegetable Oil – 1 Tbsp.
Bananas Raw / Green Plantains / Kachhe Kele – 2 Nos.
Atta Kuttu or Buckwheat Flour – 1/2 cup
Black Pepper, ground powder – 1/2 tsp.
Green Chilli, finely chopped – 1 No.
Coriander, chopped – 1/4 cup
Rock Salt to taste
- Cut each plantain in half and pressure cook or boil till the plantains are cooked through. I pressure cooked them for 3 whistles or about 15 minutes
