Garlicky Yogurt Dip
Finger Lickin' Good
This garlicky yogurt dip is finger licking good and the perfect make ahead dip for any party. Guests will wow over this simple recipe which also happens to be really healthy.
Team it with veggie sticks, nachos or crackers and you’ve got something completely fuss free on your hands. Serves 6-8
Greek Yogurt or thick Hung Curds – 2 cups
Garlic , minced – 4 cloves
Capsicum , finely chopped – ½ cup
Onion , finely chopped – ½ cup
Spring Onions , finely chopped – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes and Extra Virgin Olive Oil for garnishing
- Spoon yogurt into a sieve (don’t worry it won’t drip through) and place the sieve on top of a vessel for an hour in the refrigerator.
